Rodell has over 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur and consultant. His experience spans from startups, SMEs, & enterprise organizations. He has developed valuable skills in business strategy, operations, sales, leadership, and human resources through the businesses he launched as well as through corporate roles held at various firms. Rodell is also the Co-Founder of Ford Sports Performance, a premier sports performance training facility for professional, college, high school, and youth athletes. Ford Sports Performance was founded in 2013 and has provided services to professional athletes from; NFL, NBA, and MLS.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur,Rodell held various corporate titles including Vice-President of Sales at Compli, a cloud-based compliance manager, General Manager at Nobeltec, a leading b2b SaaS platform, and Finance Director in the automative industry.
In addition to X-Factor and his executive responsibilities, Rodell serves as a board member to the Seattle Center Foundation actively inspiring community engagement. Also, a director and cofounder on the Board of ConstructDiversity, a not-for-profit committed to a higher level of racial and gender diversity in the construction industry and related businesses. Razor holds a B.A. in business, management, and marketing and an M.B.A from Eastern Oregon University, where he graduated with Honors. He served as the team captain of the Eastern Oregon Football team, to later become the funding coordinator and assistant football coach. He recently completed in Venture Partnership with VU Partners, a venture accelerator working with seasoned investors; invested in companies like Venmo, Beyond Meat, & Uber.
