This program is designed to facilitate direct Mentorship from executive-level leaders, Internships for students during the summer break, & Scholarships toward the college or trade school of their choice.

Many Businesses have historically been predominately managed, run, and owned by white males and we recognize the need to open the opportunities that exist within different businesses to people of color.

Our belief is that if we can show Black youth that they are welcome, wanted, and needed in the business environment, we can build equitable access and inclusion.
